Module 1

The Plan

This is where we'll make some bigger picture decisions: your practice areas (including your niche), define who is your "Best Client," an decide when you are opening your law firm (yes, we're putting this date on your calendar!).

Module Highlights:

• We're going to decide the day that you're opening your law firm.
• We'll be picking your practice areas, and I'll walk you through how to pick them.
• I'll be walking you through how to define who your target audience is and how to get the clients you love (and to not take on the ones that'll drain you- we've all been there).

Module 2

The Framework

This is where we'll be getting our hands dirty and getting all of your ducks in a row. What should your law firm name be? Where do you go to set up your website? Should you be a sole proprietor or PLLC? What business licenses do you need? Physical or virtual office? 

It's so many decisions! I know! But we're going to take care of all of the details, step by step with videos and pdf guides to walk you through it all. I'm here for you!

Besides all of this, we'll also be tackling these things:

• We'll get your business formation in order on the federal, state, and local levels.
• We'll get your business plan written out, figure out your budget, and I'll make sure you keep your overhead low by not purchasing unnecessary items.

The Launch

You can't go through the process of opening your law firm without a concrete plan to get clients. So that is what this whole module is about. Getting money in the door on the first day you're open for business.

• Who are you and what do you do? (In 15 seconds or less)
• Growing your network of mentors and referral sources.
• Content, content, and some more content. How you can spend 2 hours of time to create blogs or videos for your law firm for the next 6 months.
• Social media: as a new law firm owner, social media is one of the top ways to get local clients in your door. The ROI on spending some time building out your social media profiles for your law firm is huge. I'll guide you on how to set this up. So no worries!
